London · United Kingdom
Payments with a pulse. From London.
An independent UK house for collection, reconciliation and settlement. We run on Stripe. Realm International is our primary client — not the perimeter of the company.
- Registered in England and Wales
- Directed from the City of London
- Payments powered by Stripe
- UK rails, current infrastructure
The house
A processor. Independent of the platform.
We collect, reconcile and settle funds for platforms and property businesses that need a United Kingdom payments house — without owning one, and without blending the two.
The company was established in London to sit on this country’s payment rails and the fintech stack that keeps them current. Clients mandate us. They do not own this door.
The work
Collect. Reconcile. Settle. Steward.
01
Collect
Inbound funds on UK accounts and Stripe. Cards, payouts and settlement on the same rails the money already travels.
02
Reconcile
Each receipt matched to the client’s record. A ledger that stands up to a bank, an auditor and a principal.
03
Settle
Instructed sweeps to the right parties — platform fee, underlying payee, our processing fee. Nothing left to informal netting.
04
Steward
Banking relationships, counterparty diligence and ordinary UK filings. The unglamorous work that keeps a payments house honest.
Primary client
Realm International
Realm International operates a short-stay platform. We are its third-party payment processor: guest receipts in, platform fee out, net yield to the property owner. That is the mandate we run today, and the one that proves the path.
It is a primary client. It is not the sole reason this company was set up, and we do not operate realm-property.com, own its brand, or sit in the stay.
A mandate, worked through
Money in. Two payments out.
The settlement path is the product. What follows is how a collection mandate runs — illustrated with Realm International, our primary client.
In
The payer pays
Funds land on UK rails — Stripe for cards and payouts, our UK accounts for settlement. For Realm International, that is a guest paying for a stay.

We reconcile
Each receipt is matched to the client’s record. Deductions are only those agreed: the client’s fee, and our processing fee.
Out · 01
Client fee
Swept to the platform or principal — today, Realm International. Their commercial return. It does not sit with us.
Out · 02
Net to the payee
The largest part, paid out via Stripe to the underlying supplier — for a stay, the property owner — in the correct amount and jurisdiction.
This company retains only the processing fee and a small service margin. Nothing else of the receipt is ours.
Key enabling partner
Payments, powered by Stripe.
Stripe is the infrastructure we run on — card acquiring, payouts and the movement of funds. A small house stays current by standing on rails that are rebuilt as the schemes change. We do not store, process or transmit cardholder data. Stripe does, to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
That is a commercial relationship, not an endorsement. Stripe provides the regulated payment services. We collect, reconcile and instruct settlement for our clients.
On Stripe
- Card acquiring into UK settlement.
- Payouts to property owners and counterparties.
- PCI DSS handled by Stripe, not on our systems.
- Faster Payments and scheme access through Stripe and our UK banks.

Why London
Next to the rails. Not watching them.
The City concentrates sterling clearing, Faster Payments, card-scheme access and a dense market of firms that sit on those rails. We are here so a payments house can stay on the current generation of the stack — not waiting for it to arrive from elsewhere, and not treating a London address as a letterhead.
The infrastructure moves. Being in London is how a small collection company remains close to the banks, acquirers and fintech houses that keep it moving.

About the companyBoundaries
What this company is not.
Not a platform
We do not own our clients’ brands, domains or technology, and we do not contract with their end customers.
Not captive
Realm International is our primary client. It is not the reason this company exists, and it does not own this house.
Not a bank
We do not take deposits or issue e-money. Card acquiring and payouts sit with Stripe, an authorised firm.
Not a payment institution
We are not authorised by the FCA to provide payment services. Where a matter needs an authorised firm, we say so.
If you need a UK processor, write to it.
Banking counterparts, new mandates and professional advisers — we reply personally, not from a queue.
