How we handle what you send us.

This notice is short on purpose. We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry or to operate the payments house.

What we collect

If you write to us via the form or email, we receive your name, contact details, and the content of your message. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for marketing lists.

Why

To reply to you, to keep a record of professional correspondence, and — where relevant — to meet legal, banking and accounting obligations of a UK company handling payments. We handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How long

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful to the relationship or required by law. You may ask us to delete correspondence that we are not obliged to retain.

Processors

Email and banking providers process data as part of their service to us. Stripe, our key enabling partner for card acquiring and payouts, processes payment data as an authorised firm. We do not store cardholder data. We do not pass enquiry details to unrelated third parties for their own use.
